Associate in Arts

Graduating CF Students

Your Program of Study, Your Way!

Considering an Associate in Arts? An A.A. is a two-year degree for students planning to transfer to a four-year institution or entering a bachelor’s program at CF.

As an A.A. student, you will complete general education requirements including courses in English, humanities, social sciences, mathematics and natural sciences. By starting with an A.A. degree at the College of Central Florida, students can save thousands of dollars on tuition and fees. CF is about half the cost of a four-year university and ranks in the top 1 percent of colleges for affordability across the U.S.

Your Path to Success at CF

One of the first things you'll do as an A.A. student at CF will be to select your academic pathway, which will help you decide which classes to take each semester. CF offers more than 140 different pathways covering everything from public relations to environmental studies. Your academic advisor will help you select the pathway that makes sense for your career goals and passions.

With small class sizes, caring instructors and student support services like tutoring and counseling, you'll have everything you need to succeed in your academic journey. Plus, CF goes beyond the classroom to the full college experience: athletic events, student clubs, intramural sports, campus activities and more.

Transfer to a University

When you complete your Associate in Arts degree, you'll have guaranteed admission to a State University System institution in Florida. We also have partnerships with University of Central Florida and University of South Florida through their DirectConnect to UCF and FUSE programs that give you even more perks while you're working on your A.A. degree here.
