CF is committed to student wellness, from mental health to physical health.

As part of that commitment, we offer wellness classes and intramural sports to give CF staff, faculty and students the chance to be active and connect with others.

CF offers team sports such as football and soccer. Never played before? Not a problem. Whether you're a star athlete or a beginner, any CF student is welcome to join! 

In order to participate in intramural sports, CF students must fill out the registration form. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact the CF Athletic Department at the Ocala Campus (Building 6) to sign a release waiver.

Wellness classes are held in the Gymnasium (Building 6), Spin Room (Building 53) and Weight Room (Building 54).

Take part in spin, strength/bar bell, and stability ball classes at the Ocala Campus. You can also participate in the Spin Spring Challenge Ride, which starts on Monday, Jan. 7 and ends on Friday, May 3. The Challenge Ride will be 400 miles.
